HSC Routine 2025 Download The HSC exam schedule has been released

 


The schedule for this year's (2025) Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams has been released. The theoretical exams will begin on June 26 and end on August 10. The practical exams will start on August 11 and finish on August 21.

This schedule was signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, Chairman of the Inter-Education Board Exam Control Committee and the Controller of Examinations of Dhaka Education Board, and was published today, Wednesday (February 19).

The Education Board has also issued 13 special instructions for the candidates:

  1. Candidates must take their seats in the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.

  2. The multiple-choice questions (MCQ) will be conducted first, followed by the creative/written (theoretical) exam.

  3. For the 30-mark MCQ exam, the time will be 30 minutes, and for the 70-mark creative (CQ) exam, the time will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. For practical subjects, the 25-mark MCQ exam will have a time of 25 minutes, and the 50-mark creative exam will last for 2 hours and 35 minutes.

  4. The exam must be conducted according to the time specified in the question paper.

  5. Candidates will collect their admit cards from the head of their respective institutions.

  6. Each candidate must correctly fill out the OMR form with their exam roll number, registration number, subject code, etc., on the provided answer sheet. Under no circumstances should writing be done in the margins or the answer sheet be folded for any reason.

  7. A candidate must pass separately in the theoretical, multiple-choice, and practical sections (where applicable).

  8. Each candidate can only participate in the exam for the subject(s) mentioned on their registration card and admit card. Under no circumstances are they allowed to sit for exams of other subjects.

  9. No candidate will take the exam at their own college/institution:

  10. Candidates must take the exam at a designated center other than their own institution. Seating arrangements will be made through candidate transfers.

  11. Calculator usage rules:

  12. Candidates are allowed to use a standard scientific calculator during the exam. Programmable calculators are strictly prohibited.

  13. Mobile phone usage policy: Except for the officer in charge of the examination center, no one is allowed to use a mobile phone. Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones to the examination center.
